Muscle fatigue study published in the Journal of Electromyography and Kinesiology

Along with lab alumni Jacob Mota, Jennah Hernandez, and Jesse Ortegon, Jr., Dr. Stock published a new manuscript in the Journal of Electromyography and Kinesiology. The manuscript's first author was University of Oklahoma Ph.D. student Joshua C. Carr. The study examined the influence of hip flexor fatigue on the activity of the rectus femoris activity as a knee extensor, with the main finding illustrating a compensatory mechanism to preserve muscle strength at a joint.
